This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
This semester was seriously the hardest one I've ever been through. Maybe it's because I'm so close to being done. I don't know. But it was suuuuuuper stressful. Not to mention the 3 days I didn't have classes, I worked 8 hour shifts.
Speaking of that. If I didn't mention before (In January, from the looks of it) I work at Starbucks now. Which isn't a bad place to work, considering the other places at Fred Meyer (Kroger for many of you) that I could be working instead. The people I work with are great, and some of them are super nerdy so we all get along pretty well.
It's amazing how busy you can be when you make coffee all day.
Aside from that, I was taking two art classes (intermediate Drawing and Beginning Sculpture), Special Education 400 something or other, where I was required to work in the local school district an hour and a half a week with the special ed classes. It was really rewarding and hasn't swayed my decision to pursue secondary Ed as my career so it was a really good class, but really demanding. Then I had a Geoscience class that was really easy. Rocks for Jocks is what most Liberal Arts majors call it, but it had a three hour lab on Wednesdays I had to go to. Whew. What a semester.
Contrary to my activity on here I did actually do a few things in my art classes worth showing. Just haven't had the time to run them through photoshop and crop some images down. I had an independent study course for metalsmithing which meant I just sort of did my own thing, which this semester, meant two rings and a pair of earrings. I really slacked off in there, but that's because I was really focusing on enjoying my other art courses, which were really demanding.
But it was not for nothing. For I have made a really neat thing in sculpture that I will show you all soon enough. The Student Art show this semester was packed and it was refreshing to see the gallery stuffed full of things the Art department has made. The judge was a local gallery owner who said that she didn't want to discourage anyone from entering to these shows and that she wouldn't turn much away. Some people didn't like her view on that, but I think it was really nice to see so much for a change. It sort of keeps people motivated to put their stuff on display.
Anyway, summer is here, finally.
Also just got an offer for my ceramic dragon I made last year. Looks like I'm going to be 120 dollars richer here pretty soon, which will be nice.

not a whole lot has been done by this little Bug. I've been pretty busy with work and classes. But hopefully I'll have something to show for it all soon enough.
